President Obama signed the much anticipated compromise tax bill negotiated with the GOP today that extended some of the Bush tax cuts for another 2 years in exchange for the GOP agreeing to extend unemployment benefits again.
If you have recently experienced a loss in your family, please accept my condolences. I know this can be a very difficult time.
Certainly, the passing of a loved one is hard enough, but the added stress, delays and hassles of following picky Court rules and strict deadlines can be overwhelming.
Did you know that Massachusetts law requires you to file the original Will of the departed with the Probate Court within 30 days of death? This and numerous other rules that you likely don't know even exist can be truly burdensome, causing unnecessary delays and additional paperwork to correct inevitable errors.
If you've been named Executor or are handling the final affairs of a loved one, it is always best to seek professional advice. I'll focus on getting your loved one's property distributed as quickly as possible and navigating the Probate rules for you. Let me handle all the paperwork and save you the headaches.

Attorney Kirkpatrick's plan saved me and my family over $10,000 the day we signed our documents. We're glad we didn't go with the lawyer our financial advisor suggested. He was cheaper, but you always get what you pay for. Howard's system will make sure our kids and grandkids get our money—not the government! Only a fool would pay more than their fare share of taxes!"
