Do you worry that a long-term illness could force you into a nursing home? Do you worry about how to pay for your care or that of a loved one?

With healthcare costs skyrocketing, just one year in a nursing home can exceed $117,000!

Where do you turn?

Obamacare won't help for those already retired. And while long-term care insurance sounds great, most Americans can't afford it or are unable to qualify due to health reasons.

Adding insult to injury, Massachusetts has severe budget problems and will surely be taking the axe to cut spending on Medicaid benefits. In fact, they've already begun as state workers have grown in increasingly aggressive in denying claims for benefits made by Middle-class seniors in need.

So what can you do?

Start planning early! If you want to protect as much of your life savings as possible, you need to start planning ASAP. You didn't work hard all your life for nothing to see if squandered in the blink of an eye. You built your nest egg day by day, year by year through hard-work.

Whatever you do, don't put off planning until you or a loved one is in a nursing home and thousands of dollars in bills coming pouring in each month! Don't wait and leave your spouse panicking about whether there will be enough to live on. I may still be able to help even at that point—but why preserve a few assets when you could potentially preserve everything?

My Medicaid Planning is full-service, customized planning to help preserve as much of your estate as possible and help you qualify for long-term care benefits.
